Exeter 2009

In 2009 the ATP was a great success and was held at the University of Exter The University of Exeter is based on a large campus near the centre of the town. It boasts great facilities and a great location.
The university has a purpose built conference centre which we will be using for this event. The Peter Chalk Centre will house the exhibition, the workshops and seminars and also most of the lectures.

Psychology at Exeter
The university has a top rated psychology department and they were pleased to be contributing to the ATP Conference.
They are one of the UK’s Top 10 Psychology departments (Guardian, 2009), who aim to inform their teaching with their research. They demonstrated the strength of their research in the recent RAE ratings where 90% of their output was judged to be of international quality. Of particular interest to this conference with its theme of inclusion and diversity was the Glass Cliff Research Group .
