Lincoln consortium teachers

The University of Lincoln is sponsoring the attendance of members of the Lincolnshire Consortium who are registered with the University. Members are entitled to attend Friday 11 July for no charge if they book before 31st May, and for a nominal charge after that date. Consortium members who purchase the full conference package are entitled to the reductions on the total fees shown below. Consortium members just attending on Friday 11 must also register using the booking form.

Accessibility

Please ensure that you complete the section of the booking form that asks for any dietary, access, hearing or mobility requirements you may have. The accommodation is about 400 metres from the conference rooms. The paths are flat and paved and the conference facilities have access to all areas. The after dinner bar and entertainments are a further 300 metres away from the accommodation but can also be accessed via flat, paved paths. Parking is restricted at the conference site and is available by permit only. If you require parking then please let us know on this form. Booking conditions

1. All forms must be received by June 24, 2008. Bookings will be accepted and confirmed only when full payment or invoicing instructions have been received. Bookings will not be accepted unless they are made using this official form or the official online system. Payment sent independently of the booking form must state details of the delegate and the conference. If you do not receive a confirmation letter of your place within two weeks, please contact the Conference Office.
2. The deadline to request an invoice is June 10, 2008. All invoices must be paid in full by July 3, 2008.
3. Cancellation policy: A full refund minus a £15 administration fee will be charged on any cancellations received up to and including 27 June. Any cancellations made after this date will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be made in writing to Ruth Raven, Conference and Events Manager, and sent to conferences@bps.org.uk. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Substitution policy: Name substitutions are accepted up to June 24th and should be made in writing to conferences@bps.org.uk. Verbal substitutions will not be accepted. Packages cannot be shared under any circumstances.
